The company «Law&Taxes» was founded in 2007 by group of persons having wide professional experience,which previosly worked in some large transnational corporations, holdings,or serve in benefit of some oligarchical clans and has broad experience and skills in the matter of jurisprudence, law, consulting, settlement of disputes with supervising bodies, business processes organazing, re-engineering and modelling, impeding of systems of budgeting and the internal financial control, working out and realisation of progressive financial and legal schemes(ways) of realisation of commercial projects (the best contract form working out), automation of managment and bookkeeping. Notwithstanding the small age of LLC Law&Tax as a Company, taking into account the fact that consulting, legal, auditing company is primarily personnel and human resources and taking into account high level of turnover and rotation of personnel in this kind of domestic organizations where the average duration of one employee no more than a year, the company LLC Law&Tax may with confidence declare long experience in this field based on the experience and skills of individual staff members.

It should be noted that one of basic approaches, as opposed to established principles and practices of particular specialization, is merger unification of knowledge and skills in various sphere. This approach is in operation simultaneously in a wide range of areas such as law (civil, economic, customs, copyright, international, corporate, etc.), taxation, finance and accounting, financial planning and budgeting, legislation in the sphere of banking operations, the treatment of currency values and banking operations,only what can assure providing real results of work.
