*Convention between the Government of Ukraine and the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia for the avoidance of double taxation, which has entered into force 29.11.2001, applies in respect of Republic of Serbia and The Republic of Montenegro.

**According to art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On the succession of Ukraine" Ukraine apply the treaties of the Soviet Union for the avoidance of double taxation.
